We are pleased to announce the 2007recipients, James Heil of Woodstock, Yumiko Izu of Rhinebeck, and Harvey Osterhoudt of Kingston, NY. Each photographers will receive $1,000 to assist them in pursuing their artistic goals. 

CPW received a large number of submissions for the 2007 Fellowship Fund and the pool of portfolios showed extraordinary strength, continuing to prove once again that the upstate New York region is a vibrant home to and inspiration for numerous talented artists.

The 2007 Fellowship Fund was juried by Howard Greenberg, Center for Photography at Woodstock's founder and owner of the Howard Greenberg Gallery.

The 2007 Photographers Fellowship Fund was made possible by the generous support in part from the Daniele Agostino deRossi Foundation, individuals, the New York State Council on the Arts, a state agency, and the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts.
