Help CPW build its thriving arts community!

“The Center for Photography at Woodstock (CPW) continues to renew its legacy as one of the most vital and visionary spaces for photography today. At CPW, there’s a palpable sense of momentum: artists working side by side in the darkroom, digital media lab, and print shop; conversations unfolding across generations and disciplines; a constant buzz of creative energy. CPW fosters connection, growth, and community.”

-Raymond Meeks, Photographer

Since opening our doors at 25 Dederick Street in January, CPW has experienced an unprecedented surge of public interest in our exhibits, events, workshops, and community projects. Just this month, over 750 people crowded our third annual Photobook and Zine Fair, which featured 35 independent presses, publishers, and artist exhibitors and two fantastic multi-artist discussion panels over two days. CPW is quickly becoming a vital visual arts hub, open and accessible to all.

Help us to build our thriving arts community! Consider joining CPW as a member or contributing directly to CPW’s General Fund. Your financial support today will allow CPW to continue the exciting momentum we are generating.

If you haven’t already, come visit and enjoy our summer exhibitions, on view Thursdays – Sundays through 8/31. We look forward to seeing you at CPW soon!

CPW is a dynamic photography and visual arts center in Kingston, NY that facilitates innovative artistic inquiry, professional development, scholarly research, critical dialogue, and local engagement through its exhibitions, educational programming, library, collection, learning and community spaces, and a 26-year-old renowned artist residency program.
