“I’ve witnessed the transformation of CPW at 25 Dederick Street—from early renovations to the daily activity now filling the building. There’s a palpable sense of momentum: artists working side by side in the darkroom, media lab, and print shop; conversations unfolding across generations and disciplines; a constant buzz of creative energy.”

At CPW, photographers fuel our vision and mission. Our new home in Kingston, New York, has quickly become a “go-to” resource for lens-based artists – a welcoming place to develop their craft and share ideas with others. Our year-round classes, exhibitions, workshops, artist residencies, Digital Media Lab, and Photo Club are just a few of the programs that make CPW such a dynamic and inclusive community arts hub.
Help CPW grow its offerings and meet the increasing demand from area photographers for affordable and accessible skill-building programs in the Hudson River Valley.
Please consider CPW in your end-of-year giving plans and support our ability to empower photographers in a creative, thriving environment.
Thank you for your consideration.
Happy Holidays!
Best,
Brian Wallis,
Executive Director
