What is CPW’s DML Discount program?
Our DML Discount program is designed to provide equitable access to resources for individuals experiencing financial limitations. This program allows participants to access our Digital Media Lab’s printing and scanning equipment, receive one-on-one tutoring, and enjoy discounts on workshops at a greatly reduced rate.

What is included in a standard DML Discount package?
A standard DML Discount package includes a free Digital Media Lab membership as well as a 50% discount on printing up to 17×22 inches. Additionally, recipients are offered two hours of reduced-rate one-on-one sessions per month.
How do I know if I qualify?
In New York State, low income is generally defined as an individual or household income that falls below 60% of the state’s median income—equivalent to $24,000 per year for individuals and $50,000 per year for households. We understand that low income can be influenced by more than just annual earnings. Factors such as health challenges, debt obligations, caregiving responsibilities, and other socioeconomic conditions also play a role. We honor your understanding of your own circumstances.
How do I apply?

How long do memberships last?
Memberships are valid for one year.
