We are thrilled to announce that Cesar Castro, our Community Engagement Coordinator, has been appointed to the Kingston Arts Commission! As an advocate for the BIPOC arts community, his dedication to equitable access in the arts will be key as he advises city leaders and helps implement the Arts & Culture Master Plan and Municipal Art Plan & Policy in Kingston. Castro will actively participate as a commissioner by attending meetings, contributing to committees, and playing a vital role in shaping the future of the arts in the community.
