Join us for August’s Photo Club as we welcome DocuClubHV for a night of documentary screenings of works-in-progress shorts for feedback. Get a sneak peek at some of the film projects being produced in our area, and participate in feedback discussions. Photo Club will be hosted by documentary filmmaker and educator Melody Gilbert, who believes it’s important to get out of the editing room and show your creative work in public before you are finished. All are welcome! You do not need to be a filmmaker to attend and give feedback.
*Food and refreshments will be provided, but feel free to BYOB and snacks to share.
The following films will be screened:
Anchor Outs: Against the Tide, directed by Erik Swanson

DocuClubHV is a group that meets monthly in the Hudson Valley to give and receive feedback on documentary works-in-progress (trailers, samples, and rough cuts). The meetings are hosted by doc filmmaker and director of the Borscht Belt Film Festival Melody Gilbert to create conversations, community, and collaborations. All are welcome.
